Cancellation Policy

If BonnaH Co cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, participants may receive a full or partial refund. See our specific cancellation policy below.

1. Full Refund – If canceled 7+ days in advance or if you've purchased our trip insurance

2. Partial Refund (50%) – If canceled 3-6 days in advance

3. No Refund – If canceled within 48 hours of the trip (unless a replacement participant is found)

Additional Notes about cancellations:

1. If the trip is canceled by BonnaH Co due to weather, venue closures, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

2. If transportation or group reservations (e.g., museum tickets, restaurant deposits) require prepayment, those costs may be non-refundable regardless of timing.

3. Participants can transfer their spot to someone else (age 18+) at any time without penalty.
